ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

TO ORDER MUSIC FOR PURCHASE

Please include the following information with your order to purchase music:
  • name
  • street address (no P.O. boxes, please), city, state, zip
  • telephone number
  • fax number
  • e-mail address
  • the title of each work you would like to purchase
  • if you would like to purchase the score, parts or BOTH score and parts
  • the quantity of each work you would like to purchase

Orders to purchase music can be placed on a RUSH status for an additional $20 fee. This will give your order priority. This additional fee does not cover expedited mail services such as Federal Express or DHL. Additional fees will apply for expedited shipping.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is expected when the order is placed. Credit card information can be provided via fax, email or phone.

  • the title of each work you would like to rent
  • the quantity of string parts needed for each work you would like to rent
  • date by which you will need the parts
  • date(s) and time(s) of performance(s)
  • name of conductor
  • venue for performance(s)

Orders to rent music will be charged a Rush Fee of $100 if the order is required to leave our offices within 10 business days of placing the order. Thank you for planning ahead.
